By downloading or using And The Dice, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
The app
And The Dice is a dice game published by Buck AI Solutions for iOS, Android, and the web. It's free to download. You can play solo, pass-and-play on one device, keep score for an in-person game, or play online with others.
Accounts
Online multiplayer requires an account. You can sign in as a guest (anonymous), with an email and password, or with Google. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Choose display names that are appropriate for a general audience.
And The Dice Pro subscription
Hosting an online game requires And The Dice Pro, an auto-renewing subscription offered as a monthly or annual plan. Joining a game someone else hosts is always free.
- Pro is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside the app.
- Current prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Refunds are handled under Apple's and Google's policies.
What you can do
- Play the game, alone or with others
- Host games (with And The Dice Pro) and invite friends with a room code
- Uninstall the app at any time, for any reason
What you can't do
- Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt multiplayer games for other players
- Harass, threaten, or use derogatory display names toward other players
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app
- Attempt to access or damage the infrastructure we operate (including Google Firebase or Cloudflare)
We reserve the right to block accounts or devices that abuse these rules.
Your content
The content you contribute is the display name and avatar you choose. You're responsible for what you put in those fields. Don't use another person's real name without their consent, don't impersonate us, and don't use slurs or threats.
No warranty
The app is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be bug-free, always available, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do our best but make no promises.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buck AI Solutions is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app, including loss of game history, a dropped multiplayer connection, or a turn lost to a Farkle.
Intellectual property
Buck AI Solutions owns the And The Dice app, its name, logo, and brand identity. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own. You don't get any rights to the code, art, or brand beyond the right to use the app as intended.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in the app's release notes and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
