By downloading or using Clegg, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
The app
Clegg is a card game published by Buck AI Solutions. It's provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use, free of charge.
What you can do
- Play the game, alone or with others
- Share invitations to multiplayer games with anyone you'd like to play with
- Uninstall the app at any time, for any reason
What you can't do
- Attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt multiplayer games for other players
- Harass, threaten, or use derogatory display names toward other players
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app
- Use the app to attempt to access or damage infrastructure we operate (including Ably or Cloudflare)
We reserve the right to block multiplayer access from devices that abuse these rules.
Your content
The only "content" you contribute is a display name you choose when joining a multiplayer game. You're responsible for what you put in that field. Don't use another person's real name without their consent, don't impersonate us, and don't use slurs or threats.
No warranty
The app is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be bug-free, always available, or suitable for any particular purpose. We do our best but make no promises.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buck AI Solutions is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the app — including loss of game history, missed trick wins, or hurt feelings after a sabotage play by a Hard AI.
Intellectual property
Buck AI Solutions owns the Clegg app, its name, logo, and brand identity. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own. You don't get any rights to the code, art, or brand beyond the right to use the app as intended.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in the app's release notes and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
